According to President Obama’s Homeland Security Chief, Janet Napolitano, the nation’s security protocols worked in thwarting a potential Christmas Day bombing aboard a Northwest Airlines flight bound for Detroit.
This is just such a mind boggling response one would expect from an Asministration of buffoons. Here we have a terrorist on a terror watch-list who boards an international flight with no passport, no baggage and a one way ticket, paid in cash and smuggles an explosive device on the flight, only to be foiled by a Dutch tourist and they claim the system worked?
Has there ever been any nation’s chief executive who has been more blameless than the Obama regime? Here we have a president no more qualified to serve as president than a cub scout who never hesitates to shirk responsibility and deflect blame. A president who blames George Bush for all the failings of government, regardless of when they may have taken place.
When the former Economics Minister of Nigeria informs US officials that his son is a terrorist and poses a threat to the United States one would expect officials to take notice. Surely someone on a terror watch list would not be permitted to board a US bound flight without a visa, much less no PASSPORT.
So in light of the recent events of December 25th what have our esteemed rulers leaders done to make international travel safe:
- no blankets
- no pillows
- no use of wifi before landing
- nothing on your lap before landing
Well I guess we all feel safe now, perhaps they could add to that: thourough screening of those on terror watch list and not allowing passengers onboard without a passport. But wait, didn’t you hear. Robert Gibbs all but declared it impossible to watch the 500,000 people currently on the watchlist. That’s right, the same government seeking to assume control of the nation’s healthcare system.
