Our diminishing rights

The inexorable logic of events dictates that as government expands the expansion comes at the detriment to the populous. Over the course of the past two centuries the federal government (and government in general) has played an increasing role in our daily lives. The paced of this expansion accelerated greatly in the 20th century, particularly during the so-called progressive era.

With the upcoming election, coupled with other recent events, we stand at a period of incredible loss of our most basic rights. Such freedoms soon to be relegated to the dust bin of history include: private property, freedom speech and expression, right to self defense, self government and self determination and freedom of parents to make decisions on behalf of their children’s education.
