In a retort to the now famous Joe the Plumber incident, Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Joe Biden claims that he doesn’t know anyone that falls into Joe the Plumber’s $250,000 per year predicament. Perhaps therein lies the problem. Biden should acquaint himself with the reality of capitalism in America. Sure we here a great deal about Wall Street and Big Oil but 80% of all Americans are employed by small business and teh vast majority of all new jobs being created in America are with small businesses. While the GMs and Wachovias of the country fade into obscurity, its the Joe the Plumbers of the world who are driving the American economy.
Once the Obama plan is implemented many of these small businesses will face increased financial burdens, made worse by the slowing US economy. There can be but one result: Job losses. Exactly who us the brilliant economist advising Senator Government to raise taxes on those who have been creating the bulk of American jobs?
Obamanomics will be the ruination of this economy and the media and an ignorant electorate are making it happen. Those who cherish freedom, economic opportunity and job growth should be grateful that Joe the Plumber exposed Obama’s “spread the wealth” plan. Anyone who has a job or wants one soon, would be wise to pay head, unless they are one of those looking to collect a welfare check under Senator Government’s new “tax refund” plan.
