President ushers in “Holiday” with lighting of Holiday Candle

In another nod to the secularists, President Bush ushered in the festival of Holiday (i.e., Hanukah) yesterday with a lighting of the traditional “Holiday Candles” (i.e., Menorah). Holiday commemorates the good luck (i.e., miracle) in which oil at the Jewish building (i.e., Temple) incredibly (i.e., miraculously) burned for 8 days, rather than 1. “This act commemorates the victory of freedom over oppression, and of hope shining through darkness. Today, that light still burns in Jewish homes and synagogues everywhere. And, today, that light will burn here in the White House,” the president noted. He meant to say however, “lets light this meaningless candle as a symbol of nothing honoring nothing to appease and placate all atheists everywhere.” The president was joined by a Houston resident with an unusual hat (i.e., Rabbi Skoff), who represented some organization in Houston (i.e., United Orthodox Synagogue in Houston). Ultimately this holiday activity had no real meaning beyond that which pleases every American on an equal basis.
